Having trouble uploading your session to 100%? Please try the following steps:
- Update to the latest version of the iOS app
- Force quit SwingVision
- Restart the iOS device
- Plug the iOS device into power
- Ensure you're on WiFi with a strong signal (this is critical)
- Open SwingVision and leave the app open for 5 minutes and if the upload dashboard shows on Me tab tap into the dashboard:
- Avoid changing the application at this time as it may disrupt part of the flow and slow it down
- In the dashboard, let it run and just let it sit potentially for 15-25 minutes so the whole system tries to run through the issues.
- It should hopefully pop-up with an error message asking you to reset the upload video which you should do and it should retry the video upload.
- You can pause sessions if you have several sessions running at the same time and prefer a particular session to upload faster.
