Trimmed mode is a beta feature that attempts to cut the dead time out of your video before uploading to the SwingVision cloud. It is an experimental feature that can have some issues primarily with uploading and processing. For the best reliability, please open your profile settings and change your Video Backup preferences back to Entire Video.
Steps: Open the SwingVision app > tap the Me tab in the bottom right corner of the page > tap the More button in the top right corner of the page (circle icon with three dots in the middle) > tap Settings > scroll down to the Preferences section > tap Video Backups > switch to Entire Video mode.
Please share logs of your session so we can take a closer look at the session in order to perfect trimmed video mode over time! To share logs, please go to your setting in your app, scroll down and select "Share Diagnostic Logs" and email support@swing.vision with your account information and screenshot and date of the session to notify us that you have sent us diagnostic logs.
